Overview
Projects Abroad sends volunteers abroad to 17 countries to do internships and service projects. Since being founded in 1992, we have grown to a team of 130 people around the world that sends 2000 volunteers annually. Volunteers can go at any time, for as long as they wish.
Are you passionate about sport, full of energy and enthusiasm and keen to share your interest with others? This project offers you the chance to use your sporting talents whilst interacting with the local school children and to get involved in local community life.
Physical fitness is a high priority in the schools of Ulaanbaatar. During term time there are many opportunities to get involved with coaching a variety of sports. If you specialize in a particular sport you can dedicate your time to teaching the sport you love. Volleyball and basketball are popular sports taught in the schools, or if you would prefer you can help teach athletics.
During the summer months you could work at a summer camp, situated just outside the capital city. You could help with soccer, table tennis, volleyball or basketball, the list of sports is endless. Just let us know what sport you are interested in and we can find a suitable placement.

Program Costs
Per month: $2,095 for one month, $2,595 for two months, $2,895 for three months, $545 for each additional month.
Costs
Include: Food, Accommodation, Health & Travel insurance, in-country transportation and support.
Dates
Dates are flexible, for any length of time over one month. Please apply at least 2 months before you'd like to start.
