Program Terms • Year Round		Quick Look • Location: Boston-Massachusetts - USA • Language of Instruction: english Overview We are a husband and wife running a homestay for international students, scholars, or business people. We are only a few miles from Boston and Cambridge and there is public transportation at the corner of our street.We live in a small city outside of Boston, we have a wonderful library, a fairly new local movie theatre and many many fast food and fine food restaurants.. We love to have guests stay with us. We offer a free selfserve breakfast. We also have wireless internet and a free washer and dryer, cable tv and parking. We provide a fully furnished private bedroom with linens and towels... Quieter than a dorm and cheaper than a hotel.... We charge $155 per week.... Must be 18 years old or older, we don't allow pets or smoking or drugs. Eligibility Must be at least 18 years old. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family Program Costs We charge $155 per week. Costs Include:  We offer a free self serve breakfast, use of washer and dryer, wireless internet, parking, all utilities, including electricity, hot water, heat. Dates the homestay has four bedrooms. Each room is available for one week to a year or longer if needed.
