Overview
 Here at Y Ty we provide boarding accommodation in a family home for students studying in the Bristol area.
We work hard to provide a unique family atmosphere and so offer excellent care for all the girls staying here.
We started after one of our local schools decided to close its boarding facility. Several of the boarding pupils wanted to complete their studies in Bristol rather than finding new schools. So using the experience gained from many years as a housemistress in a boarding school, I have aimed to set up a caring environment where girls can live happily, in order to study for their qualifications.
There are several good independent schools within the local area - some within walking distance and others a short bus ride away.
Girls could study for GCSE (end of Key Stage 4) (14-16years old) or AS and A levels prior to going to University. Our present students have all been successful at their individual level of study.
Accommodation is on a shared room basis.
At least two of the local schools specialise in offering a high standard in Music studies.

Present boarding fees are £2600 per term
