Live in shared cottages in a southern French resort and enjoy 30 hours of classes per week in cooking, wines, fine dining management and French language. With several great programs to choose from, you can study for 1 month, 3 months and even complete a fine dining internship at the end. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  You receive a certificate of completion and a 3-year program will begin in 2006.
