The area around the school boasts many beautiful architectural and historical sights and is close to most facilities. The school building is typical of the local architecture and is decorated in local pastel colors. Since 1990, the school has represented the Siena Committee of the non-profit making cultural organization Società Dante Alighieri, founded in Rome in 1889 with the aim of promoting and sustaining the knowledge of Italian language and culture throughout the world. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family • Apartment / Flat Program Costs 2 weeks starting at $1250 US Costs Include:  HOLIDAY: 3 lessons daily (15 lessons per week) or STANDARD: 4 lessons daily (20 lessons per week) or COMBINED: 3 group lessons daily PLUS 8 private lesson weekly (23 lessons per week) Use of teaching materials as needed Maximum class size: 12 students Placement test on the first morning at beginning of course. Accommodation with host family or in an apartment, as selected. Cultural and social activities. Language proficiency certificate at end of program upon request.
