Overview
The world's first university dedicated to the study of food culture, the University of Gastronomic Sciences offers a multidisciplinary education in sciences, technology, economics, history and humanities as they relate to food. A three-year undergraduate degree course and two one-year postgraduate Masters offer an in-depth academic education rounded out by a series of stages, educational field trips in Italy and around the world to study food production, traditions and marketing at first hand.
