Participants are taught by practicing artists and become fully immersed in the social, cultural, and intellectual life of SCA and the surrounding neighborhood of Rozelle, Sydney. The CIEE orientation and excursion program allows students to interact with each other while traversing the culture and landscapes that enrich their understanding of contemporary Australian society and Sydney’s arts scene. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Semester: 15 semester/22.5 quarter hours. Academic or calendar year: 30 semester/45 quarter hours. Costs Include:  The CIEE fees for 2008-09 include tuition, housing, full-time program leadership and support, optional on-site airport meet and greet, orientation, cultural activities, local excursions, field trips, host institution identity card (for access to library, sports facilities, computer labs), admission fees to host university events, a comprehensive student handbook, pre-departure advising, and a CIEE iNext travel card which provides insurance and other travel benefits. *Includes mandatory Australian insurance Financial Aid Yes.
