Housing/Accommodation

Dormitory
In January 2006, the 60-room CASABLANCA GARDENS has opened its doors as home away from home for IAFT's student body. Situated conveniently next to the administration building at the Mactan Island campus, the Casablanca Gardens has comfortable efficiency rooms equipped with a common kitchen and lounge areas. In order to provide our students with additional safety, the Gardens also features electronic card key access and security guards on patrol.Students may choose a shared or limited private room, either of which comes with an attached bathroom. If students have a roommate preference, they can request a roommate on the housing form; however, for the request to be granted, both students will need to submit the request forms. As an additional benefit of its location in the Philippines, IAFT can provide housing at the Casablanca Gardens for an affordable price, allowing students to take advantage of its proximity to the school and easy access to the rest of Mactan.
