Overview
This inclusive program has been designed for those students interested in pursuing a career as English as a Foreign Language Teachers. You will be assigned to a mentor teacher and play an active role in their classroom for the duration of the course. Students also have the opportunity to observe a variety of English classes in progress and experience the operational realities of a language school from the first day of classes to the final exam. This way you will receive sufficient practicum time in the classroom to gain the confidence and experience necessary to conduct efficient, productive classes upon graduation. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a TEFL Certificate, which will enable you to work anywhere in the world where English is taught. This 4-Week program, worth approximately 9 transferable semester credits, is the perfect length to either take alone or in conjunction with another language based CEA program in Guadalajara.
