Overview
 Perth Homestay is your home away from home. The perfect place for travellers or students to stay in Perth, Western Australia!
Perth Homestay is a 4 bedroom house on a large 1000km² block with manicured gardens, located only 19km to Perth City. The bus station is 2min walk from the house and the train station can be reached by bus in 5min or bike in 10min.
We will provide two fully furnished and comfortable private bedroom for the guests and a shared bathroom and access to Internet and all other amenities. Meals are also offered on the basis of choice to suit your individual needs.
The Perth Homestay family takes a caring and friendly interest in their guests and helps them to adjust to a new environment. This will be helpful to facilitate a smooth transition for travellers or students into the new place.
Homestay Accommodation Package:
The minimum length of stay at Perth Homestay is four weeks. Staying with a Homestay family is often a far less expensive option than staying in a hotel. Moreover, living with a homestay family is more personal, enjoyable, yet you still have your own privacy which is something you just don't get in a hotel.
Room and Breakfast (Bed & Breakfast) Cost: $ 185 AUD ($ 110 EUR)
This accommodation option includes only a continental breakfast in the morning and you are responsible for your own dinner and lunch.
Room with Meals (Full board) Cost: $ 200 AUD ($ 120 EUR)
This accommodation option includes two meals per day (a continental breakfast and dinner in the evening). On the weekend it is provided for tree meals a day.
The hosts have experience in teaching languages and can provide tutoring, if required.
