Overview
Provence en Famille is a French homestay program which provides for total immersion in the French language within the home of Elisabeth Dol which is located in Carry-le-Rouet in the beautiful Côte Bleue region of Provence. Three different homestay programs are offered:
French Language Homestay Program: Elisabeth will be your personal French tutor as you study French and live "à la française" within her family in a comfortable and nurturing home setting. She will inspire, encourage and guide you to communicate with confidence and ensure that your learning experience is enjoyable, satisfying and rewarding.
French Culture Homestay Progarm: Elisabeth will be your personal guide, giving you an insider's view of Provence. These tours can be conducted in French or English. After a day of cultural experiences, you will return to your homestay base where you can relax and enjoy a delicious Provençal meal en famille.
French Cooking Homestay Program: In this program you will learn how to prepare some favorite Provençal recipes. You will go with Elisabeth to the open-air markets to buy ingredients then prepare the meals together. Of course you will enjoy the fruits of your labor as you eat together en famille with the Dol family. This program can be conducted in French or English.

Costs
Include: Prices are per week, starting on Sunday after 5 pm and finishing on Saturday after breakfast. The prices include lodging in a private bedroom, three home cooked meals a day (any meals eaten at a restaurant are at the student's expense), and any instruction that goes along with the chosen homestay program. Arrival and departure transfers (pick up and drop off) at the Marseille airport or train station are also included in the price.
Not included are the costs to movies, theater outings, restaurants, concerts, museum fees etc. *An exception to this is the French Culture Homestay Program. Admissions fees are covered in this program, however the restaurant meals are not.
Dates
Dates of instruction are year round and are flexible. They can be adjusted to meet each student's needs.
