The best way of acquiring working experience in the field you would like to work in is through a well organized internship program. Our internship programs give college and university students, recent graduates and young professionals the opportunity to gain valuable practical and theoretical experience through participation and training in well respected firms, companies, NGOs and communities. Our programs have a proven record of providing mutually rewarding experience for both, our participants and their host. Placements are available in a wide variety of professional fields such as: audit/finance, accounting/human resources, business/foreign trade, marketing/PR, IT/graphic design, engineering/architecture, medicine/environment, journalism/communication law/social work and other related fields. Interns can choose the type of work they would like to do, when they would like to start, and how long they would like the internship to last. Our internship programs are available all the year round in places as diverse throughout Ecuador and are open to citizens from all over the world. Eligibility Interns must have: Spanish language intermediate, a desire to work in a professional environment, self-motivation, flexibility, an openness to a new culture and a willingness to learn, 18 or more years of age.
