Overview
The Toyota International Teacher Programs are fully-funded, short-term international professional development opportunities for teachers. Educators of different disciplines, grades and backgrounds are selected to travel together, study program themes, and bring these experiences home to their classrooms.
Over the past nine years, over 400 American High School teachers have taken advantage of this 12-day cultural and educational program to Japan. Applications for the June 2008 program will be available in October 2007 with a deadline of early January, 2008.
Eligibility
This program is for secondary school educators, teaching all subject areas, grades 7-12 that have had atleast 3 full years of teaching experience
