An exclusive way for you to learn the Cretan and Mediterranean eating habits, to promote your health and longevity and to improve friendship or team skills.
5-day hands-on cooking program with Chef Philippe Gion covering ~20 recipes and basic food topics.
Included: 4 “degustations" of some of the most famous French cheeses, with selected wines and seasonal fruits. Four 3-courses dinners commented by Chef Philippe Gion, aperitif and renowned French wines, visits to markets & historical landmarks (in Provence),
Other services: Your own cookbook with all step by step recipes of your culinary session, your own hand-made painting Chef apron and a “Diplôme de Chef” (Diploma ceremony)

Eligibility
Minimum age: 14. Basic cooking knowledge. Beginners to professionals are accepted

Sessions in France begin on Monday afternoon, and end on Saturday morning
Deadlines
Final payment: Due 60 days prior to first day of the cooking session
