Overview
UNB Intersession in Rome 2007 will provide participants with the opportunity to appreciate, study, and explore those layers as they live as the Romans do and are taught in the city as their classroom—in its museums, churches, archaeological sites, and streets.
In the first session participants will make a three day trip to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. In the second session they will make a three day trip to the Bay of Naples to visit the sites and museums in that region, including Pompeii.
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
Participants have the choice of taking the courses for either credit or audit (a student wishing to attend classes in a given degree credit course out of interest without being assigned a grade). If you are a UNB student, Travel Study program courses are UNB transferable and will automatically transfer to your transcript. Non-UNB students should consult with an academic advisor and the Registrar's Office at their home institution and request a permission letter for the transfer of credit from UNB
