Tenancy agreement service
You feel unsure to sign the rental agreement for your room or your apartment, because you do not now the laws in Germany? You don΄t have time to take care for contract issues? You are not interested to negotiate with your landlord over some time?
If this is the case, our offer is perfect for you. Just engage us to proof and contract the rental agreement. You save time and you can be sure that you contracted a legitimate agreement.
Hand-over of keys & completion certificate
sWith the hand- over of the keyes the tenant accepts that the apartment is in an irreproachable condition.
You are still in your home country and you want to be sure that your new apartment is ready to move in? Than just book this offer. We meet up your new landlord and control of the new apartment is in good condition. Furthermore we authoring a completion certificate in which you are able to see all the defects. This protocol gives you security that you do not have to pay for damages which are not caused by yourself.

Students who have participated in easyStudy-Academy courses in previous years are granted a discount of 50 .
The price of the course includes: Tuition, course material, cultural and leisure programme, certificate, access to computers including internet connection; *learning support and homework supervision during the afternoons (*except July and August)
