There are two different types of internships available: the Professional Development for Academic Credit (PDAC) Internships can be done in the various areads of study and are designed to earn you academic credit from Chapman University. The Custom Designed Internship allows you to do an internship in an area or field, in any location in Australia for any length of time between six and 16 weeks, and at any time of the year. This program is designed for maximum flexibility and is perfect for recent graduates, but open to anyone between ages 18-30. Both programs are unpaid. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  Academic credit is available. The PDAC program will earn you academic credit from Chapman University (6 credits for a 10-week internship) Eligibility Both programs: Must be a Canadian or U.S. resident. PDAC Internship: Must be a full-time student starting or completing their third year of college/university with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Custom Designed Internship: Must be at least 18 years of age. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family • Apartment / Flat All housing will be pre-arranged and is included in cost. Program Costs Programs start at $4,000. Costs Include:  Program fees include internship placement, housing, meals (Custom Designed only) pre-departure and on-site assistance, and academic credit from CU (PDAC only).
