Singapore is an international city with a unique blend of Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Western cultures. The bustle of the city lends to a hip and innovative urban environment while the surrounding islands and beaches will provide the perfect escape from your studies on the weekends. The university offers courses in business, information technology, and psychology. All courses are taught in English, and on-site support staff are available to help you navigate your surroundings. All housing is located off campus. AsiaLearn students will be placed in furnished apartments with good accessibility to the campus as well as educational and recreational amenities. Typical amenities include air-conditioning, swimming pool, gym, BBQ area and 24-hour security. All AsiaLearn semester/year abroad programs include an in-country Program Introduction, 24-hour on-site support services through a Resident Coordinator, survival language instruction, optional travel excursions, and comprehensive services before, during, and after your semester. Academic Credit Academic credit is available.  12-16 credits awarded on a James Cook University transcript. Eligibility Applicants must have completed at least one year of college/university and have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (students with a 2.5 or above will also be considered). Housing/Accommodation • Apartment / Flat Housing is pre-arranged and guaranteed for all AsiaLearn programs. Program Costs Approx. $11,500 USD Costs Include:  Tuition and fees, accommodation, AsiaLearn Program Introduction, some excursions, overseas health insurance, ISIC card, official transcript, survival language training, and all AsiaLearn services before, during, and after your semester. Financial Aid Yes. Financial aid can be used on all AsiaLearn programs. Please contact your home university for more information. A list of scholarship resources is provided upon acceptance.
