Overview
Tallinn University is very proud of its Summer School - on the one hand, every year the simultaneous visit of so many prominent scholars from all over the world most certainly provides the intellectual highlight of the Estonian summer, on the other hand, our summer school has also become a meeting point for young people and inquisitive minds from many countries, and acquaintances and friendships struck up may well continue over many years.
Courses for 2008 include: 1. Estonian Language and Culture 2. Russian Language and Culture 3. Italian Language and Culture 4. French and European Union: Questions and Controversies 5. Spanish Language and Culture 6. Turkish Language and Culture 7. Chinese Language and Culture 8. English Language and Culture 9. Species of Spaces: Cities and Landscapes across Disciplines 10. Social Work and Social Policy Issues in Estonia 11. Creative Workshop: Drawing and Painting in Old Tallinn 12. Cinematic Narration 13. Digital Filmmaking: Make a Short in Three Weeks 14. Integrated Marketing Communications Workshop 15. PR Workshop (in June, in Russian)
Academic Credit
Academic credit is available.
All courses are accredited in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System.
