Next Step Connections is specialized in the organization of work placements in Shanghai.
Our mission is to help students, graduates and young professionals get the best possible professional experience whilst interning at the leading companies in Shanghai.
Our focus is on the quality of your placement. At your chosen internship we will ensure that you actively participate in the day to day operation of your host company. We want you to learn from the best, increase your knowledge and skills, and broaden your mind. We aim to give you an invaluable experience that will place you ahead of future competitors, as well as a working knowledge of Shanghai.
To enhance your professional experience, Next Step Connections organizes monthly networking events where successful entrepreneurs and CEOs come to meet our interns. During these events, you will have the chance to discuss work opportunities, your personal career path, as well as any and every aspect of Chinese business that interests you. Without doubt, Shanghai remains one of the most exciting cities in the world.
All our internships are run on a 'full package' basis, ensuring that the hassle of moving abroad is taken care of. (Package includes: Accommodation, a basic monthly cash allowance to cover transport costs, full insurance, airport transfers, business, cultural and sporting events, an option to take Mandarin lessons).
We offer a comprehensive program directed by individuals that care about you.
