Overview

Summer immersion Arabic program in the resort mountain town of
Hammana, Lebanon. LSA runs two five week sessions and offers four
levels of Arabic; beginning, intermediate, advanced, and proficiency.
Students learn both modern standard Arabic as well as Levantine
Arabic. The program also offers private tutoring service on school
premises for high school students as well as non-traditional students.

Eligibility
Students in the program must be 18 years of age or older. Students under 18 must be living with their parents or guardians in Lebanon. In certain circumstances students under 18 not living with their parents in Lebanon are admitted. Write to the director for information.

$300.00 - non-refundable application fee (not part of tuition)
$2700.00 - Tuition Only
$3600.00 - Tuition and shared housing with one roommate (3, 4 or 5 bedroom house)
$4000.00 - Tuition and single housing in a private room (3, 4 or 5 bedroom house)
$5500.00 - Tuition and one bedroom furnished apartment
$6000.00 - Tuition and two bedroom furnished apartment
$125.00 - Daily lunches during school days (LSA dining hall).
$50.00 - Airport transportation (one round trip)
$90.00 - Books ( purchase it at LSA bookstore)
$200.00 - Four excursions - includes transportation and admission fees to various
antiquity sites. Students are responsible to pay for their food during excursions.
