Our students are quite diverse, some just passing La Paz as a tourist, others who stay for a year doing research or voluntary work. We also have quite a range of ages represented - it is not only the young and very young who study with us. The school differentiates itself from others by offering each and every student tailor-made course adjusted to their special interests, the way they learned Spanish before, their knowledge of other languages. We also recognize that students learn in different ways: so some need conversation to expand their vocabulary, others need to read, some need and want grammar, others are allergic even to the words "verb" and "noun". Our teachers are very experienced and quickly pick up what a student wants. Some specific courses include preparation for the prestigious DELE certificate (Academia Real of Spain, recognized throughout the EU) and a course on Spanish composition - letters, articles, essays, all in Spanish. But most travellers go for our 20 hour Spanish for travellers - a crash course which will prepare you for travel survival. But anything you want, please mention it and we will do our utmost to provide it. We have a special programme for hard of hearing and deaf people. Costs Include:  Costs include the class room, the photocopies of text-books, cup of coffee/tea, free use of internet all day long on our computers, free participation in film night, discussion night.
