Overview
AIFS Study Abroad in Sydney offers college students the opportunity to earn up to 19 semester credits at Macquarie University and the University of the South Pacific. Spend a semester or a year in Australia, visit Fiji and experience a performance at the Opera House. Study Australian area studies, anthropology, biology, business, ecology, economics, education, history, literature, marketing, Pacific studies, politics and sociology. Apply early to guarantee your spot. Scholarships are available.

Students may earn up to 19 college semester credits. Transcripts are issued by Macquarie University.
Eligibility
Open to college sophomores, juniors and seniors. 2.5 minimum GPA required.

Each AIFS student has a comfortable, furnished single room in the self-catering Macquarie University Village, which was built to house Olympians during the 2000 Sydney games. Students will be in single rooms in these five-bedroom, two-story town houses right on campus.
Program Costs
The base fee for this semester program is $ 16,995. This includes tuition, housing, meal allowance to subsidize breakfast and lunch or dinner Monday through Friday, cultural activities, 10-day Pacific Studies Program at the University of the South Pacific in Fiji, and public transportation pass. An optional AIFS Transportation Package, including international flights and transfers to/from campus is available. Scholarships are available. See website for details.
