Program Terms • Year Round Program Participants • Adults		Quick Look • Location: London - England • Language of Instruction: English Overview The Flower School located in central London is a haven where absolute beginners, enthusiastic amateurs and florists wanting to catch up on new trends take part in friendly and informal classes. From a one-day class covering hand-tied bunches or contemporary displays to our more popular two week and four-week career course which gives students a great overall grounding in the skills of modern day floristry under Jamie's guidance. Our career course holds no more than 10 students per course, Japanese and Korean students often account for 50% of all our students on this course. Students with an interest in becoming a professional florists or people who wish to study floristry for a serious hobby should consider the career course. At the end of the four week career course students receive a Certificate of achievement from Jamie Aston. The two week and one week flower arranging courses are designed to introduce beginners to Floristry and give students a solid overall grasp of basic retail and event floristry. Students with interest in wedding floristry will find our bridal and advanced bridal courses particularly interesting. These classes cover everything from wired work through to wedding table centre decoration and co-ordination. Housing/Accommodation • Apartment / Flat Well maintained luxury studio rooms are available to rent on a weekly basis three minutes from our school. We can help you secure these rooms. Light refreshments are also provided throughout each course. Students only need to brink notebooks and cameras, everything else is provided.
