Overview
Speak Spanish from the start! Immerse yourself in Spanish, Quechua, or German languages classes with ACUPARI Language School in the heart of Cusco City, Peru. At ACUPARI we have all levels of Spanish and Quechua from beginner to advanced classes. Participate in individual or mini-group classes; standard or intensive. We also have D.E.L.E. preparation classes for those who are interested.
To complement the Spanish program ACUPARI’s bonus to its students is Tandem® conversation practice with a Peruvian partner -- FREE!! Most important to developing language and conversation skills is having the opportunity practice and use the language. Via the Tandem partnership you will also have the opportunity to know Cusco and it culture much more intimately. ACUPARI is a member in Peru of Tandem® Fundazioa in Spain.
ACUPARI offers a comfortable, friendly, and open environment that enhances each student's learning experience. All of our teachers are native speakers and have been a part of the ACUPARI team for over 10 years. They are highly qualified and undergo continuous training. For complete immersion, a homestay with a Peruvian family is available. Volunteer or do a practicum with one of the many Peruvian institutes supported by ACUPARI. Enjoy our many social activities such as our coffee break, Peruvian cooking classes, excursions, movie nights, and salsa nights. ACUPARI staff is available to help its students make reservations for tours to Machu Picchu or other sites of interest.

Certificate of participation according to the European Framework of Reference - CEFR:
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, abbreviated as CEFR, is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe. It was put together by the Council of Europe as the main part of the project "Language Learning for European Citizenship" between 1989 and 1996. Its main aim is to provide a method of assessing and teaching which applies to all languages in Europe. In November 2001 a European Union Council Resolution recommended using the CEFR to set up systems of validation of language ability. The six reference levels (see below) are becoming widely accepted as the European standard for grading an individual's language proficiency. Nonetheless, existing examination boards have retained their own naming conventions, e.g. "Intermediate", which are, arguably, easier for them, and their students, to remember.
