We aim to enable open communication about finance across international borders, by providing multilingual articles available to all. We are looking for candidates for a 6 month internship spent supporting our marketing team. Tasks: Press Relations Search Engine Marketing Search Engine Optimisation Initiating National & International Cooperations You should have good computer and internet skills, alongside required character traits such as creativity, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and an enthusiasm for learning and achieving goals. You should be a native English or German speaker. Preferred study areas: Marketing, International Marketing, Economics - all study disciplines are considered, however. This is a full-time internship, and interns are expected to work 40 hours a week. We are able to offer some internships for a shorter period of four months, but ask candidates to understand that most positions will require a six month commitment. Interns will receive a reasonable salary of around €600 (gross) a month, although interns with proven relevant experience may be able to negotiate a higher salary. Our offices are located in the heart of Hamburg, Germany, next to the city's inner lake, the Alster. Hamburg is a beautiful, culturally rich city with a vibrant nightlife. A young, international team awaits. Eligibility Candidates should have the legal right to live and work in Germany: if not on a permanent basis then at least temporarily by way of a visa. Candidates should be at least sixteen, and have a good academic record. Housing/Accommodation • Homestay / Host Family • Apartment / Flat • Hostel We do not offer housing to our interns, but are able to provide them with details of useful accommodation websites, and a guide to living in Hamburg. Program Costs The internship does not cost applicants anything to complete. In fact, we choose to offer our interns a monthly stipend as an incentive to live and work abroad. Financial Aid Yes. Some candidates choose to work with us as part of an Erasmus or Leonardo scheme. Dates We recruit on a continual basis, and are interested in interns all year round. In order to best organise a placement, we will need to know, as part of your application, when you are able to start at Monetos, and when you would aim to finish.
